So it's my first time blogging and I've really wanted to start it since January or 2011 but I've been so busy and I totally forgot to begin my blog! Well 2011 has been good to me. Celebrated birthdays and countless occasions.

Home bound
After a long vacation I got a new job and my best friend from the states came back to the Philippines after 3 years. We spent her last week in the Phillie together and it was the longest week of our lives! Enjoyed every bit of it.
My brother came home too from Saudi Arabia!
As the "Ber-month" arrived everyone's been busy buying gift for their loved ones. Since I've been busy with work I got caught up with the Christmas shopping rush at World Trade Center with friends. It was tiring but it was all worth it. I gave myself a pat on the back because normally when I go shopping I tend to buy things for myself but this time I was able to buy gifts for almost all of the people on my list. Yey me!
Callejo Medical Clinic Christmas Party 2011
Simbang Gabi. 3/9
Well I was planning to complete the 9 days of Simbang gabi but unfortunately I wasn’t able to because of the changing schedules at work but at least I got 3 out of 9 instead of 0 out of 9.
Christmas Eve. We have a secret Santa... a.k.a. MONITO-MONITA. My nephew was my secret Santa; he gave me towels and a pillow case with my name written on it. How cool is that?
I picked my sister and the only thing on her wish list was a planner from Starbucks, my dilemma was that I wasn’t gonna' be able to get enough stickers before January, luckily I did. Thanks to the kind man in front of me who gave 4 stickers away! ^_^

My family and I spent Christmas Eve at the comfort of out small house. Attended the mass before the Noche Buena and now its gift giving time!!! Yehey! I’m not really excited on receiving gifts; I’m more excited on giving gifts! I bought a gift for each of my family members and relatives. I also love wrapping that’s why I love gift giving... he-he it’s a nice feeling when you see the person you’re giving with a smile on their faces once they receive it no matter what the gift is or its price. It was really a very happy moment. Oh! And I got the best gift ever! MY FAMILY ^_^
New Year’s Eve. I have work! I know it’s supposed to be a bummer, but no... Last year I also spent my new year’s eve at work and it was fun! Aside from the blood and greatly wounded hands, it was over all FUN! And this year was the same... fireworks, Media Noche, bonding with co-workers over a little booze (I know what you’re thinking... we’re not supposed to drink inside the hospital but yeah we did and it was awesome! He-he) I looked forward to a new year with a different mindset. I’m so excited and I know it’s going to be my year.
Oh and by the way, you might be wondering why I’m in a hospital it’s because I’m a nurse, but after the medications given and patients taken cared for, I still have the inner artist in me. I love fashion and everything in it, the art that it represents the different styles, trends and the people in front and behind the industry. It serves as my artistic outlet. Without it I’m nothing, with it I can be anything I want. My style is not a single note; it’s a combination of different notes that forms into a rock star symphony. I’m a self proclaimed designer, dressmaker and photographer. I love how fashion can inspire the young and the young at heart and hopefully I can inspire others as well. So here’s a toast to a wonderful year ahead of us!
